With 30 years in the tech industry, at giants like Intel, IBM, EMC and BMC plus 7 startups and 6 exits, Alison understands the journey you’re on—because she’s walked it herself. From engineering roles to executive leadership, she’s navigated the challenges of corporate life, including roadblocks, moments of doubt, and triumphs. Alison holds a Master’s in Electrical and Computer Engineering, which honed her problem-solving abilities—crucial tools in any leadership role.
As a former Division 1 athlete, Alison brings the same drive and focus to coaching that she brought to the pool. She knows what it takes to push beyond limits and achieve peak performance.
