Execution is a Commodity.

Strategy is Survival.

For senior leaders ready to become the person the company trusts in high-stakes rooms.

Performance earned the title.

Trust earns inclusion and

Inclusion is career security.

The Rules Changed. No One Told You.

At the senior level, you’re no longer evaluated just on performance.

You’re evaluated on judgment, discretion, and whether leadership trusts you when the stakes are high.

Most leaders don’t realize the criteria shifted —

until they recognize they’re in the discussion, but not always in the decision.

At this level, being outside the room doesn’t just limit influence.

It limits career security.

And you are failing it because of four specific gaps:

THE TRUST GAP

Strategic and capable. Executive-level trust requires more.

You’re in the big meetings and your perspective is heard and valued.

But enterprise trust is earned when leaders rely on your judgment in decisions that carry real risk — the kind that can move markets and alter the future of the enterprise.

THE PERCEPTION GAP

Misalignment between self-image and executive impact.

You see yourself as a strategic, enterprise-level leader. But in senior rooms, others aren’t experiencing you at that level yet.

Influence stalls — not because of your capability,

but because your leadership isn’t being interpreted as executive-ready.

THE INFLUENCE GAP

You have a voice, but you don't move the needle.

You’re invited to the table and your input is respected.
But you don't consistently shape the outcome.

You confuse contribution with influence —
while leadership listens to your logic, they don’t view your endorsement as essential to the decision.

THE AUTHORITY GAP

You need permission for decisions you should own.

You’re expected to drive results, but sometimes not empowered to make the highest-impact calls independently.

Major strategic moves and capital decisions may still require alignment —

signaling that the full mandate to act alone hasn’t yet been extended.

When you close the gaps, here’s what becomes different:

You’re in the room earlier:

You’re brought into high-stakes conversations before direction is set — not after alignment is already forming.

Your voice carries weight:

When you speak, conversations shift. Your perspective influences outcomes, not just discussion.

Fewer decisions happen around you:

You’re not finding out after the fact. You’re part of shaping what happens next.

Your mandate expands:

You’re trusted with broader, higher-impact calls without needing layers of validation

The Dare 2 Be Framework

A three-phase journey that shifts how you’re seen, trusted, and relied on at the executive level.

Awareness

Define your leadership vision and identify gaps for success. We’ll create a value map that aligns your goals and enables purpose-driven decisions, giving you the clarity and confidence to thrive in your role.

Shift

Build the key skills and mindset needed to excel. You’ll enhance executive presence, boost visibility, and strengthen communication to lead effectively. This phase breaks barriers and prepares you to lead with authority.

Integrate

Execute your strategies and tackle challenges. You’ll refine your leadership, achieve measurable goals, and turn growth into lasting impact for both you and your organization.

The Invisible Audit

We surface how you’re currently being evaluated at the enterprise level — across trust, perception, influence, and authority.

How You’re Experienced in Senior Rooms

We work on the specific patterns that are keeping you in the “respected but not inner circle” zone — so your leadership lands at the level you already operate.

Operating at the Next Level of Trust

We help you embed these shifts into how you lead, communicate, and make decisions — so the change isn’t situational, it becomes your new default.

Meet Alison Arnoff

I know what it takes to lead through growth, pressure, and reinvention—because I’ve lived it.

I started my career in tech with a Master’s in Electrical and Computer Engineering and spent 30 years across both global enterprises and startups — including roles at companies like Intel, IBM, EMC, and BMC, plus seven startups with six exits.

That mix gave me something more valuable than a résumé: pattern recognition. I’ve seen how leaders are evaluated differently at senior levels, how credibility and trust are built, and how strong leaders can still find themselves just outside the conversations where direction is shaped.

Outside of work, I’ve pushed my limits in other arenas too — swimming with sharks, hiking for days on broken shoes, and surviving a near-death medical crisis with only a 20–40% chance of leaving the hospital. Those experiences reinforced one belief: no one should have to navigate transformation alone.

That’s why I founded Dare 2 Be Coaching — to partner with high-performing leaders as they step into their next chapter with clarity, strength, and real support.

I’m a credentialed executive coach with advanced training in leadership, emotional intelligence, and behavioral change — grounded in decades of operating experience.

What Some Of My Amazing Clients Have To Say

"Alison’s brand of Exec Coaching is worthwhile. Hire her.

Working with Alison helped me grow as a more respected, effective, and happier leader in all aspects of my life – not solely in my professional career. She has helped me drive change in my career outlook and trajectory, and has done so to a degree I hadn’t expected from any form of coaching.

I find myself more present, direct, connected, and engaged with others regardless of the setting. And I find myself unconstrained – free to deliver value and impact where I see it is needed – across my professional and personal life. As a result, I’m not just a stronger professional, but a far better father and husband. It’s a great feeling.

I can’t thank Alison enough!""

Hallie Lorber

Vice President of Marketing Rowdy Energy

Stepping from a Technical and Operational Leadership role into the CEO seat was always going to be a challenge. Uncertainty around Sales and Marketing, a bit of imposter syndrome and needing to interact with highly experienced people leading one of the largest US companies meant I needed some support.

I had been following Alison’s posts on LinkedIn and connected up and we set up a schedule. All I can say is that She is Amazing! From the outset she could read my worries and concerns and over the course of a few months had tuned my mindset to utilize the strengths I already had and increase my confidence.

She really is the best I have come across in this field and I will continue to work with her. I cannot recommend her enough for both new and seasoned C-Level executives.

Thank you Alison, you are amazing!
